2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) luck22 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitute a material breach of these Terms. luck22 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and permanently retain any funds held in such accounts as a penalty for breach.
2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and subsequently is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. luck22 is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely and exclusively responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing luck22. luck22 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. 2.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of luck22, together with immediate family members and members of the same household as any such person, are not permitted to open or hold a player account on luck22.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck22 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You must notify luck22 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. luck22 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs before such notification is received.

3.4 All activity conducted through your luck22 account – including bets placed, games played, deposits, and withdrawals – is your sole responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have notified luck22 of unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring.
4.1 Accepted Methods. luck22 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard debit card, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your luck22 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful or fraudulent activity. luck22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on deposit transactions where there is reasonable cause for concern.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your luck22 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours. Crypto deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
4.5 Declined Transactions. luck22 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. luck22 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.2 luck22 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds by the Player depends on the payment provider and may vary. luck22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 luck22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification procedures. The Platform will communicate any such hold to the affected Player via the registered contact details.
5.4 Winnings derived from a deposit that has not yet cleared, from a bonus subject to an unmet wagering requirement, or from activity that luck22 determines to be in breach of these Terms are not eligible for withdrawal until the relevant conditions are met or the matter is resolved.
